Day 227 - Monday, August 15, 2011 – Kevin took vacation this week and went out on the boat with the Petoskey boys, Carson and Owen relax in the hammock afterwards and while it looks like Owen is trying to flip me off (as his dad often does), he's actually trying to prevent me from taking a picture of a scab on the side of his nose.

Day 202 - Thursday, July 21, 2011 - Impromptu visit from Amy was just what the doctor ordered. Thai food, wine, conversation. Much needed girl time.

Day 198 - Sunday, July 17, 2011 - As Kevin took off for a two week business trip to Europe, the boys and I joined the Petoskeys on Lake Orion. As we were slowly tooling around the lake, a young lady on a passing pontoon boat said, "That's the most good looking boys on one boat that I've ever seen." I think every single one of them blushed. Except for Owen.

Day 196 - Friday, July 15, 2011 - Amy and I have been taking a Yin Yoga class at Soothe Your Soul for the past couple of Fridays. This type of Yoga stretches your joints. The mind, body, spirit connection during this practice is palpable. Sad to see this four week session come to a close.

Day 175 - Friday, June 24, 2011 - Liam went to Carson's birthday pool party and Owen and I joined them at the Petoskey's afterwards for cake. This was the adorable thank you note that came in the mail afterwards.

Day 113 - Saturday, April 23, 2011 – A windy (but not snowy or rainy) day of golf with the Petoskeys in a fundraiser golf scramble at Devil's Ridge resulted in our foursome's personal best...eight under! YAY!

Day 75 - Wednesday, March 16, 2011 - St. Patrick's Eve at Greene Acres. Mair cooked up 14 1/2 pounds of corned beef, fabulous cabbage, potatoes, and pearl onions. Amy provided a wonderful seven layer salad. Laura and I provided beverages for the kids, Guinness, and Baileys. Shelley brought some phenomenal chocolate cupcakes made with stout. DELISH.
