Day 355 - Wednesday, December 21, 2011 – Jordyn helped Kevin with the dry run lobster dinner preparation.  Kevin wanted to make sure he knew what he as doing so that Christmas Eve dinner would go off without a hitch.

Day 353 - Monday, December 19, 2011 – Kevin brought nutcracker ornaments back from Germany for the kids, and they loved them!  Ashton didn't wait for us to tell him which one was his, he dove right in and picked out his favorite.

Day 219 - Sunday, August 7, 2011 – Kevin took Owen and Liam to Michigan's Adventure to celebrate Liam's birthday. Liam invited Sam Barrott to spend the day with him who brought along his dad, Ken. OOH RAH! They had a blast and stopped by Grandma and Grandpa Hillary's for dinner on the way home.

Day 170 - Sunday, June 19, 2011 - The kids each gave Kev a case of beer for Father's Day. That should last him the summer. Yeah, right. Classy gift, I know. My mom, Shawn, Bailey, and Bella came over to be together on our first Father's Day without my dad. We made a meal that he would have loved to eat....rib eyes and NY strips, red skin potatoes, baked beans, broccoli slaw, K&M salad, chocolate covered strawberries, and watermelon.

Day 149 - Sunday, May 29, 2011 - So much going on in this photo over Memorial Day weekend....in the background, flats of woolly thyme purchased on Friday (that I was supposed to have planted by now but got sidetracked by a bazillion other landscaping projects), Owen's ensemble of a t-shirt underneath an unbuttoned Hawaiian shirt (his new go-to outfit that is wholly his own creation), and the pinnacle of the photo...the Tampa Bay Buccaneers mini charcoal grill that Owen has been asking Kevin for years to let him grill hot dogs on. A check mark on the bucket list of his little life.

Day 132 - Thursday, May 12, 2011 - Kevin returned from his two week trip to Poland tonight and all is right with the Hillary world. The boys flock to his side, bringing him beer, watching him fish, and clinging to his shoulder.
