Day 123 - Tuesday, May 3, 2011

Day 123 - Tuesday, May 3, 2011 – Owen dons a helmet as pitcher during the first game of his first year on a Coach Pitch baseball team. As I was watching the game I couldn't help but think, "Should I really be able to see my breath during baseball season?"

Day 122 - Monday, May 2, 2011

Day 122 - Monday, May 2, 2011 – "Owen...FOUR straws, Really?" "MmmHmm. It makes it go down more faster."

Day 121 - Sunday, May 1, 2011

Day 121 - Sunday, May 1, 2011 – When I returned from my girls' weekend in Traverse City, Kevin had already departed for a two week trip to Poland which will span Mother's day next Sunday. Knowing he would be gone on MY day, I told him earlier in the week that he'd better deliver on my gift this year....and did he ever! This is the first installment of my quarterly case of wine club that he had set up very artfully on the table in my office. Thanks hon, but there might not be any wine left when you get home.

Day 120 - Saturday, April 30, 2011

Day 120 - Saturday, April 30, 2011 – Leopard print Snuggies and tiaras with some of the Glenmoor Gals at Tandem Ciders during the Leelanau Peninsula's Sip and Savor. Work it, work it...Pretend you've got a secret!

Day 119 - Friday, April 29, 2011

Day 119 - Friday, April 29, 2011 – Owen had a loose front tooth that he was wiggling tonight. When I asked him if he wanted me to pull it out for him, I expected him to resist, like most normal kids would do. Instead, he was thrilled at the proposition and took me up on the offer immediately. So, I grabbed a paper towel, wrapped it around the tooth, gave a little twist and tug, and out it came.

Day 118 - Thursday, April 28, 2011

Day 118 - Thursday, April 28, 2011 – Ashton loves his new toy. No, I'm not talking about the cute little zebra thing he's riding (thanks Parsons!), which he does indeed enjoy. I'm talking about his tongue!!

Day 117 - Wednesday, April 27, 2011

Day 117 - Wednesday, April 27, 2011 – Yesterday these beauties were hiding, but today they came out to play. Love, love, love these daffodils.
